Every cake is a unique
piece of art and is custom made by our Pastry Chefs. Our Team has extensive experience in decorating cakes and pastry
for all occasions. Most decorations and accents are made by hand, no patterns
or pre-formed pieces.
They are also completely edible!
We wrap our cakes
in your choice of icing and decorate them to your specifications with fresh
flowers, white Swiss chocolate shells, homemade marzipan flowers or any
other suggestion that you might have.

We can combine different tiers and different flavors – ask our ladies when you order. For wedding cakes we recommend our customers to choose a flavor among the first eight propositions.

| Fruit Tart: | Assorted fruit tarts and custard cream. |
| Strawberry Tart: | Filled with a custard cream filling and fresh strawberries. |
| Apple or Apricot tart: | Filled with the fruit of choice and a custard / almond cream. |
| Mousse: | A choice of Key lime, Raspberry, Strawberry or Chocolate mousse in a light sponge cake |
| Rolling Fondant: | A smooth white fondant that can be colored to your wishes |
| Almond Paste: | Marzipan (Almond) based fondant. Has a natural almond coloring. |
| Butter Cream: | Specially adapted for “basket” decoration |
| Chocolate Ganache: | Dark chocolate glaze |
