In
France, the idea of “daily bread” is not taken lightly.
A trip to the boulangerie for a fresh loaf is, for many people,
still a daily ritual. Croissants
de France started with “Kouign Aman’s”, but quickly
came to feature many other traditional French baked goods.
Bread remains
a cornerstone of our business in terms of volume, but not in terms
of variety. Rather than selling many types, we have chosen to focus
on a few classic ones – the most popular of which are baguettes,
brioches, sourdough breads and multigrain breads – with a
selection of variations based on them. |
